This role involves designing marketing materials, social media content, and video editing to support various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and a keen eye for detail.
The Telecaller will be responsible for attending to enquiry calls, engaging with potential customers who have enquired through the website, and persuading them to visit the JKJ Construction office to meet with architects. This role involves frequent follow-ups, making cold calls from a provided database, and explaining the architectural construction packages available on the website.
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing field marketing activities, including visiting plot layouts, meeting with layout promoters, and identifying prime locations for placing JKJ Construction advertisement boards. This role requires managing and overseeing marketing efforts within the assigned zone to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
